can I ask .. .my bike dies when I engage first gear even though I clutch in fully, this only happens when the engine is cold and only have this problem recently. The bike also tend to 'creep ' forward when clutch in... What could be the problem?

Your clutch cable has not fully disengage the clutch causing your bike to stall. Tighten your clutch cable by adjusting the screw on the left handle bar. If this does not work, best to change to new clutch cable. Cost about $20++ for original equipment.

Halo geng..... Ako ni baru gak pt sini.. Nk tanya ckit psl Rxz135.. mcm name nak laju kan speed moto.. ako baru pakai chamber pipe tap engine stock..mech ada kacau oil jet tap same jgk.. Apa lag ako nk kene buat huh....btw moto ako top speed 120km/hr (5th gear). Tolong la hambe ini...

e pipe my frend n i using sand paper to sand it until chorme.

sand paper im using from rough to finest....150,280,500,800,1000,1500 and 2000. lastly mao rajin gosok, jgn SEMANGAT 2 MINIT.........

ani Z's using tyre sotong??.u guys recommend viva or tt900 or even other brands??

 

sotong?? hmm nice to play.. i use to use dunlop tt900 70/80 for front back,

viva 2.00 front and back also..

duro 70/80

 

for the bestest i use is sime tyres.. but must becareful with corners.. wet cannot perform.. dry run, no probs..

tipsy for sotongers to come, remember to use good tube, file off your spoke ends and fix the rubber..

Super4 nye meter panel eh, tk tau lak kn, so far silap lum ada yg try, tapi kalau kpala tu silap bole ah cume kau nk kna mod sket braket.

Hopefully its not anything major like clutch plates or clutch spring worn out. Really strange cos it only happens when the engine is cold, once ride for 10 minutes then no problem liao ...

if onli happen when cold, normal lah bro. dun worri. sumtimes bike after kena rain, cold2, if engage 1st gear juz after starting w/o warming up will stall.

wah chambering.. fierce but is the pipe for rxz or others.. hmm looks like cylinder block dah kasar aje.. anyways:

 

ok for your case, laju kan speed moto eh?.. hmm theres lots to it,

firstly how new is your piston and con rod?? is it still in gd condition? no point put chamber pipe but piston wear jia lat con rod rabak already..

 

secondly, is there any oil porting and exhaust port done on your manifold?..

 

thirdly, there is posibilities that your chamber pipe header is too big/ or does not match with your exhaust port manifold or vise versa..

 

forth, is there any corong/tapak where u in-line your silencer to?

 

lastly, is your silencer the jaring (netting) type? cos normally it comes with that.. tat one no use.. no power.. get that checked up then get back to me.. alright??

theforce, from the way to for-see your situation.. try to blow and then engage your 1st gear, that may help.

if tightening of clutch cables is not doing any good and the bike still creeps, get the mech to open up your clutch housing/casing, there u see your clutch plates and linings, clutch basket. holding that together is the crown and its round in shape.. ask your mech to adjust the centre screw but before that make sure u loosen the ends up on your clutch lever side...
