A-AN,in all the days ,why monday seh,cant join u guyz...

 

btw my bike is in more worst condition...need to rev alot to go....Still need to go JB to do agn...haiz(means more money going to be spent)...the mechs say the engin cap keep leaking....fed up with my bike.

You see bro, i need to plan the day & time according to my convinience cos i got to complete sumthing on my bike. That is the reason i offer you people who wish to join us on the date mentioned earlier. Further more, i've have already plan with Pendek earlier and he agreed. I hope you are not taking this issue personal ok bro:thumb: Hope next time we can plan the day that everyone is available.

I'm using silver spoke rim size 17, 1.4"... but now mine a bit bengkok ar...

What is the condition of your current rims now & any brand? Have you tried survey in JB (ah boy johor)?? anything jus post ure reply here and i will get back to you a.s.a.p. Thks bro for your respond.

True.... I didn't service me engine at JB...

 

But few days after the trip, my piston jam when i'm travelling @ 100km/h....

Then Pendek and i guess everyone (aft u hear my story) recommend me to go to JB to service my engine....

 

But my tangan Gatal (itchy hands/fingers) went to this shop at tamp to service my bike...

To make the story worst i went to ANOTHER mech (cose the mech i ususlly go to came later to werk tat day)....

WAH-LIAO.... Got CHOP badly sey....

They did my engine for $200 Sing dollars.....

When it only cost less then a $100 Malaysian Ringgit....

its not abt the price of petrol bro.its the passion of riding n doing up ur bike.if u love riding then u've got to find ways n means to cope wid the increasing price of petrol n maintaining ur bike.. 320 click is good i noe,bt i prefer to haf both power bike n fuel economy bike.so to me 240-260km per full tank is economical enuff. coz now im the only one riding a 2b bike the rest of my frens that hang out wid me is 2a riders.most of the time they dunno how to nav from 1 place 2 another so i haf to lead the way den like very slow for them.now my bike top speed only 130km/hr.heard people going up 2 160km/hr on their Zs...i want tat 30km/hr more...

i tink u can do max piston size n rebore ur block...skim ur top head..polish n overhaul ur carb...mayb tiz all helps u...

Any RXZ riders here is looking for this few items of mine?? Please refer below for details-

 

1) Q-bee (3 legs) sport rims front & rear size '17 (to the best i can recalled). How possible we can confirm the rim size, do let me noe pls. Condition is bout 7.5/10. Need not worry, can go and respray before fixing it. I've bout it in singapore Win Yap motor @ AMK Tech Park. Buying price is around $170++ and selling it bout $70.

 

2) rear disc brake with Brembo calliper (local not original) full set, price range can discuss.

 

3) 1 pair of airhorn for $25.00 (used for 3 days)

 

4) NEW SALES- anyone intrested in buying Nokia 6110 Navigator handphone (white colour), used only bout close to 2 months ++??? Letting it go @ $390 neg cos intend to change new handphone

Ah... U don't see the beauty of spokes rims. It all comes back to my cycling days last time which thought me these beautiful thing, u see bengkok or warp, u can easily tune the spokes using spoke key to it's original circular shape.....

 

But of course lah if the rim is shape like a 'V' then u can throw it in the longkang already lah!!!

hi.its usually ur main jet,carb pin n 2t line nt up to do hard rev...if main jet n pin ori bt u hav mod piston n pipe-it wil always nt hav a gd supply wen rev hard.if u hav rich mixture,it wil go moody wen slow bt smooth wen fast..try to tel ur mechanic n hear wat he explain...hope it helps(eveyday every1 learns)

 

hmmm mod piston??! nice i never heard anyone mod their piston before.. the most i did was to increase my piston when my block slip is already rough.. tat is also due to normal wear and tear from time to time.. or other then tat, use rxk piston when bore slip is already to the max..

 

so wat mod do pple do to their piston?? use single ring? 3 rings?? or oval one? can u enlighten me?? really interested to know.. thanks

alo bro zeckers, wats the price if i wana change my clutch plate in jb..read abt using extra stiff springs n extra plate will do the trick to make my bike pick better..is it true? btw my bike is fs plate, stock enjin n pipe internal..i wouldn't want to meddle unnecessary with my bike but since time 2 change the plates, might as well give it a try..hehe..mi open to all ur wonderful inputs...thanx inadvance..

hi.smtimes bike vibrate nt bcoz of piston...it can be ur engine bearing,engine oil too long or less...i hav oso explain regards to fuel supply...

 

well im not gd in engine but im interested to learn if ur willing to teach me..

 

as far to my knowledge, our bikes vibrates cos out block is not slanted in the ''v'' position..

and the vibration comes from the knocking of your piston from the combustion cycle its completes. the bigger the biston size.. the harder the

knocking..

 

another factor is engine bearing is usually not it. as they are well lubricated and all the time lubricated by out 4t.. the bearing wear u will know from, when your bike is not running smoothly and can hear the noise it makes when idling.. u can usually compare this with 2 of the same bike.. one tat has recently downed the engine for complete overhaul and the other be, your bike.. from there let your ears do the job.. and the most engine bearing wear which is common is the bearing is blackened or other then words, burnt.. due to our 2 stroke progressive cumbustion cycle.

 

and, its more likely to be our crankshaft/balencer the ones tat are pressed on to our con-rod, holding it frimly in place.. when once the wear comes, the holding of of our con rod will loosen up. thus creating this effect where your bike will make lotsa noise and give u the vibration

 

too much engine oil, u will feel the bike will tend to feel heavy when riding and the bike will creep forward by ityself when 1st gear is engage..

 

less engine oil will lead to jerking and more clutch plate wear as it is not lubricated well..

I duno if ther stil hav it arnd bt it calls high speed piston(the quality is diff,corrct me if wrong)usually they use kawa piston..it always on high rev on ur idle....petrol n 2t oso fast n they use racing fuel n 2t...

hi everyone!! hurhurs.. haven been logging in for quite some time due to work & helping out wif chinese new year. Bur jus wanna say a BIG thank you to all my brothers & sisters here for helping me out wif my Z. esp to pendek, who brought us to his mech shop & helped me wif the settling of my bike servicing & handling bar & all. thx bro! my bike is more stable wif the adjustment & all:thumb: thx to syam's wifey for the valuable advice of putting my fork down. hurhurs.. if nt given my blurness & minimum knowledge of biking, 5 yrs down th road i might still be wobbling on my bike wif my unstable cone bearing & all. thx jiejie(sis)! thx to an for always letting me tag along & dk for the help wif my sticker & last but nt least.. everyone who was there. had a great & eye-opening time in jb. saw for myself pipe mods & other interesting stuff:cool:
