guys, wanna ask, if i downgrade & use a lower quality 2T oil, does it harm the piston or not? For now I'm using Esso 2t Gold.. If I downgrade & use other lower 2t like 2T Low smoke or other cheap 2t oil, is it advisable??

got 2T can liao, use which type of 2T doesnt matters, last time i use semi-syn 2T for my rxz, nothing wrong what, what the piston needs is 2T!!!! use any type will do, use the cheapest one also can

My Rxz went for top overhaul but i cant get power when i need it. When i drag my throttle the engine become very noisy yet no power. Any experience guys ot here know my bike's problem?

does your overhaul have new piston and rings on it?? if it does, then u need to run in first.. cannot whack it straight up..

if not then could be your sprocket settings are still standard..

or got chance your crankshaft holding your con rod is loose due to wear and tear..

gd luck bro.. hope this helps.. get it checked up again or u can arrange to meet me..

Hello all z bangbros..haha.. anyway just wanna ask what sprocket size is suitable if i'm going for pick up? And how much will it cost to change?

ok pick ups are normally big sprockets.. but your rims play a big part too..

your running in 17inch or the 18inch??

:bouncefire:
Posted
You can go all the way to Size 46. Recommended size is 40-42.:thumb:

Take note that, better pickup will also cause your speed in 5th and 6th to be low and the engine will make a lot of noise.

Eg: With a size 36 sprocket, 90km/h = ~7000 RPM:)

With a size 42 sprocket, 90km/h = ~8500 RPM:giddy:

Big sprocket is not recommended for Long Distance travel.:thumb:

Small sprocket is not recommended for Heavy riders, or riders which always carry pillion.:thumb:

Price for rear sprocket is around $20. Depends on what type. This price is average, may be higher or lower.:)

bro your talkin for wat rim size?? :giddy:

17 or 18 inch??

wat bout the front sprocket??

remain or change??

or u need to ask your mech again??

just an argument for discussion tats all bro.. cos u keep besar besarkan your mech..

we are all in here to share aspects of hands on diy and exprience, not let pple always throw money at mech.. cos singapore mechs are not cheap, unless we cant solve the probs then last resort them, u know..

sorry for being direct.. hope u get wat i mean.. no hard feelings yah..

hmmm so ex ah 85?? well my agent quote me $21 for 6piece just the clutch plates excluding the metal spacer.. the spacer will be$5.50 each..

our bike requires 5 or the metal spacer..

all the price are does not include installation as they are just authorised stockist in genuine parts and acessories..

direct, so its cheaper, included if u can fix yourself lah.. :)

halu fellow rxz lovers...

just wanna ask a ques...

i was told by my mech that my boost got prob..

wats a boost actually?

hmmm as for our bikes having small cc does not require or have a booster.. but i seen pple doing mods adding booster to it.. its gives u the extra firing for betters combustion.

i think roughly i get wat your mech means, i think he is refering to your body coil unit..

its attached in your front sub frame, the one set thats has the plug head.. run your fingers up from the plug head, then wire after the wire u can feel the main unit..

Yeah I agree too since 18" can cover more distance than 17" does. And who says tat 18" cannot corner as well as 17". It all depends on the rider!:thumb: Don't believe, see how Pendek corner wif his 18" wrapped wif 80/80 Duro... Haha...:cheeky:
