ada power diff ke?aku tuka silencer..sama je..cuma bising sikit..silencer aku kalau letak pat internal bunyi lebah pecah....kalau pipe standard..bunyi lebah bising takkan pecah lepas rpm 7..kalau paham uh haha.

 

but no power diff..maybe slight pickup..tuka pon saje nk kasi kuat jadi kete dgr motor aku dtg nak selit selit...

Silencer only contribute to sound of the exhaust. Powerwise= Nil.

 

Doing up or changing of exhaust will contribute to slight increase of powerband. Not much though..hee..

Sound pollution will be there. Powerwise will drop. No pick up, but cruising will be at ease. I dun tink you cruise a lot. A little twitch of pickup and top end is that most of us want.

 

Reason: The compressed air from the exhaust chamber is somehow being released freely and escape. So when you throttle, there will be no more compressed air in the chamber to unleash the bike power.

Try to imagine a free flow garden hose and a compressed water jet. Which one is powerful? You should know the answer....

hello guys,

 

I suspect my right fork is leaking.. Because when i compress the fork and let it slide up back, i see a layer of oil on the chrome cylinder. Then i inspect my dust seal and saw that it has slightly worn out perhaps due to old age.. My fork are also like soft like dough like that..harhar so i guess it is time to change my fork seals and maybe add extra oil in it to stiffen it up..

 

So i was wondering how much it would roughly cost eh? i think i would want to change both fork seals on my forks.. i think the labour charge would be alot because they have to take out the clamps, wheels and all eh?

happy new year! I just got my licence recently, so quite noob about bikes. Due to reasons, I might only be able to get a RXZ135. Can anyone intro me about the pros and cons of this bike? Anything i have to take note before i purchase the bike? How does insurance and road tax apply? ps too noob but pls kindly enlighten me

Early new year bike rosak already. Help me out can anyone? I need info.

 

Lately, my clutch been giving problem. Hard to get to neutral at standstill and basically hard to change gear. Like got no freeplay. Just did a full servicing on the bike. Change engine oil, tightened chain even had the clutch cable change.

 

Went back to the shop when this clutch problem arise and they adjust the clutch cable. But we both notice that the engine was making weird noises when clutch is applied but as the service would take me an hour and on that day I didn't have time, I decided to come back another day to have it checked out.

 

Before even having a chance to come back to the shop, my clutch gave way today while at a traffic light! It stall and went I started the engine again, the clutch got no freeplay at all and the engine made SCARY noises when clutch is applied. Decided not to take my chances and push the bike to a nearby carpark and since its a public holiday, I'm guessing no bike shops gonna be open, so leaving it there till sunday or monday.

 

My question is, what could be spoilt with the bike? Read around and seems like its the clutch plate is the one causing all these mess. Is this true? How much would it cost to get this fix?

 

Any wise advice is appreciated guys, thanks!
