best is pump at ard 200km... thats for me cos i dun push my bike to its limit. lets say 35km/l, u run 200km, u pump ard 5.7L. total capacity is 7L... so u calculate n u know how much u can run lor...

 

cos u need to know ur bike's FC n not others... :smile:

146km / 6.43L = 22.70km/L (17.05.07)

Very High FC leh...

 

How to solve this problem?

rainy days is a good time to train ur riding skills but u have to b extremely careful.

wah... how come urs so high?? u always pillion an elephant isit?? :lol: if u always pillion someone, n always stop at traffic lights, FC will definitely b high. but urs is extreme leh... just like ah dun...

1st EO change at 500km

2nd EO change on 1500km

 

So 22~24km/L is normal?

Guys and gals , check your air filter to see is it coat with layer of E.O. I use to have low FC b4 changing to after market air filter as the original one will always be stain by E.O from the engine breather pipe. B4 that get ard 160-180km per tank , after changing gets 210-220 per tank of 6L top up. My friend use to mock at me as I always take out my air filter to blow off the EO every 500Km using compress air at my work place last time.

how come need to blow off the EO at the air filter? u using the after market ones or stock?

must take note of ur FC everythime cos when there's an increase in FC, u shd do some checking...

For me? ard 5 min for best movement :cheeky: but usually arnd 2 or 4 min ahz then slowly move off...

Another Q - do u guys have this problem: after slowing down, eg for a speed

hump or turning into a junction, then you wanna speed off again, the bike shudders for a couple of secs? Not sure if there is a problem with the belting. The service center claims that there is nothing wrong, and it does not occur all the time.
