As i’m the stubborn daughter in the family, i always get nagged by my mother. Till one thursday nite, my period came. I’m a type of girl who very lazy to wash my cloths such as my undergarment. I will just put my undergarment into one pail that contents all my “p*n*i*s” in it.

 

On that nite, before i take a bath, my mom ask me to wash my undergarments or the Pontianak will start following me. As i’m getting bored and tired hearing her nonsence, i just ignored her…

 

While i’m bathing, looking myself in the mirror, I saw something white flying in the small window of the toilet. Firstly, i just think that either a tissue or towel. Then the thing appeared again. In my heart says that it couldn’t be tissue coz it small and it couldn’t be towel as who wanna throw that things. Then my heart start pumping so fast like my heart going to drop off. Wihtout hesitation, i quickly finish up my bath and off i went to my bedroom.

 

As i’m putting on my cloths, the white figure appeared again but this time at my bedrooms window. I quickly close my window. Then i feel relief after closing the window.

 

Sunddenly around midnight, i heard shouting in my parents bedroom. I quickly get up and see what happen. Me, my brother and my parent saw that a lady in white squatting down grabbing to my undergarments(the p*n*i*s), trying to do something to it. Soon my dad pray, threw something at the lady in white, so that she would go off.

 

After the incident, my mom who 24hrs work as nagging, nagged at me again. Listened to her boring story called nagged, i continue cleaning the toilet and my undergarments in the middle of the nite.

It goes like this :-

 

My mother lived in a small kampung house together with my grandparents and her eight other siblings. They were very poor. My grandfather was always sick, so was unable to work, and the burden of feeding the family was passed on to my grandmother.

 

To make ends meet, my grandma sold nasi lemak and assorted kuihs in front of her house every morning. And she will start preparing the nasi lemak and kuihs at 3 o’clock in the morning. And since my mother was the eldest daughter, it was her responsibility to help my grandma.

 

Well, on that cool nite, my mom was grinding the chillies (there were no blender at that time) and my grandma was making the dough for the kuih when they heard a knock on their kitchen door. My mom looked at my grandma who told her to stay put. It is believed that an evil spirit or pontianak can and will only knock twice on your door. Why? I do not know. And yes, the person only knocked twice and each time it knocked, it called out my grandma’s name. My grandma then walked to the door, banged on it and shouted for the thing to go away and not to disturb her family. There were groanings and then the scratching on the door started. By this time, the whole household was awake and all eight of them were huddled to one corner of the house.

 

The scratching stopped. A few minutes later, it started again but this time it was on the roof. And since it was a zinc roof, the sound was deafening. The pontianak started screaming and laughing that eerie laughter. My grandma recites some Quranic version and the pontianak started to pound and scratched on the front door.

 

My grandma opened up the door and flashed her bare body to the pontianak and my mother said that the pontianak screamed and flew away.

 

I’m not sure if it is true, but it is believed that if you bare your body to a pontianak, she will run away as she is ashamed of herself as she deemed herself imperfect. They say she has breasts too but it is at the back of her body. I don’t think that I would want to find out! Do you?

This is a true story. My aunt experienced the most horror episode of her life at her work place. She told me the story and now, i shall share it with you.

 

My aunt worked in one of the factories at Tuas in the 90’s. She prefers to work in the night shift cos the pay is much higher compare to the afternoon shift. One normal night, she suddenly had the urge to relieve herself. She rushed to the toilet located at the back of the factory. This toilet however, faces the little garden which every factory tend to have at their backyard. A couple of banana trees is enough to make the little garden looks eerie at night.

 

Reaching the toilet, she went into one of the cubicles. While relieving herself, she heard the sound of the rubbish bin in the toilet being skirmished. She thought that it was a cat. When she stepped out of the cubicle however, what she saw was a “near death experience”.

 

A lady with a hideous face, unkept long hair and wearing dirty, greyish, brownish long robe was licking blood from a used sanitary napkin. My aunt just froze there, can’t move or even faint. The next thing the lady did was terrible. She pointed towards the direction of my aunt’s pelvis, maybe the lady knew that my aunt was having her period at that time. The lady then rushed towards my aunt and fiercely tried to rip open my aunts pants. At that moment, my aunt faint.

 

The next thing that happen was that, she was surrounded by her friends. This is what actually happened according to one of the senior female workers there. The lady is actually a pontianak, maybe living in the garden, whom is hungry for blood. She must have smell the blood from the used sanitary napkin left in the rubbish bin in the toilet by the afternoon shift workers. My aunt however, happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and at the wrong period!

 

I guess i have this to say to the pontianak….Can you smelllllllllll……when the period..is ..coming….!!!!

Ever heard about Blk 38 Toa Payoh 11th storey many years back like around 1984 or 1985? There was a suicide case and it was on papers too. Goes something like this…

 

A family of 4 commited suicide (father, mother, 2 children age 7 and 9). Before they committed suicide they set up a table with their family pics and joss papers,sticks etc..No one found out about the whole family were dead untill the smell of dead bodies were discovered by their neighbours.My auntie was staying on that particular block. Everynight, they would heard the 2 children playing along the corridor and was heard by the whole flat not only on that floor and it spooked the entire block.

 

Then the most scary part I heard was if you phone the house. The two small kids would answer your call and if you ask for papa they will say that he is not in(was reported in newspaper) Later on, although Telecom ceased their line, if you call that number the 2 kids will still answer your call. Don’t ask me what number because I was only 5 then..

scary dude, in the past did receive some phone call... no one speak on the phone but ya hear some noise on the background. Getting a call in the middle of the night is the most scariest thing. There even rumors that a specific number can link to hell.

then it was entirely vacated.

 

then for some reason, the ENTIRE block was painted striking red, as compared to all blocks around it that has a common theme color (u noe the upgrade schemes).

 

now, after many years, there are ppl staying there again.

 

PS: gorfet to mention there's a church directly in front of it... ...

Speakin of haunted blocks..There's a block in Bedok Reservoir supposedly to be haunted as featured in TSGS (earlier volumes)..When I moved to the East I was quite surprised to see the block full of residents..The block is beside PIE and there's a playground beside it..

 

Eng Neo is very eerie at night..Think I mentioned it somewhere in the earlier pages..

Speakin of haunted blocks..There's a block in Bedok Reservoir supposedly to be haunted as featured in TSGS (earlier volumes)..When I moved to the East I was quite surprised to see the block full of residents..The block is beside PIE and there's a playground beside it..

since i posted it, might as well share it here:

during hungy "good frens" festival, my fren had a nightmare that he got into a serious accident along BKE.

 

4 hours later, while delivering goods, a lorry tailgated his 20 foot lorry along PIE-BKE, just nice came out of intersection he saw a broken down truck with a hazard sign ON its rear, NOT 20m away, so he did the only thing he can do - swerve out.

 

The lorry tailgating him did not see the truck until it was too late - slammed into the truck, the driver passed away - we learnt this only coz of the "fatal" signboard placed there, at the exact spot of his nightmare...

 

thereafter he went to "cleanse" himself in temple...

 

They were both going abt 60kph nia - but imagine slam into truck...

 

I convinced him to testify as witness (so as to possibly help the deceased family) coz that truck really chao bong bong!!!!! for fug place hazard sign ON its rear bumper?!?!?! Really must slap until his right cheek touch left cheek!
