You have to ask the owner how much KMs he has run-in after changing the piston and piston ring. By default after changing piston or piston ring, you need to run in for 1000KMs.

i not sure about the recommended tyre pressure for tt900. maybe u want to check on ur tyre. maybe its written on the tyre just like BT039 (280kpa). i actually using tt900 (thai made) for my front tyre.
