For those who are wondering, the bike is blood red and fades into black in the areas. I know it does look orange, but i think thats my camera. lol.

 

I would love to join an outing next time they are organised. consider me there

I got the full face helmet from motoworld. They had these type of HJC ones on special at $150. I just had to pay a little more to get a tinted visor. Its very good value for money actually

i heard only slightly tinted is legal for rider... if those fully tinted ones (like rainbow) its not legal for rider. but pillion can wear fullly tinted

Hi all, active thread you all have here... would like some of your experience over here, I've a problem after using my bike for 30 min (one of the handle stablizer is missing) my hands would feel numb a little, and bike feels hard to hold at >85km, any idea what's wrong , just replace handle stablizer or is it anything more serious ??? how much would it cost ??? any help really would be great ...

more often than not, just change replace back the "hand stabiliser" thinggie u talking about. if i'm not mistaken, it's called a balancer.

 

put it back and the ride should feel much better already. :smile:

did this numb feeling problem come right after u lose yr bar-end balancer?

 

if yes, then i guess u juz need to replace it

 

if no, then i figure it might be due to other reasons like wrong riding posture or perhaps time to do servicing for yr bike to reduce the engine vibrations.

 

i used to have a wrong riding posure in that i keep my arm fully straighthened while holding on to the throttle. ended up my hands always gets numb after traveling for like 30KM. now i force myself to bend my elbows. this helped alot and i get the numb feeling less frequently and if they do go numb, the numbness isnt as bad

haha i think i always ride with my elbows straightened as well.. let my back relax and jus lean everything on the arms eh. and ya, the hands do feel numb

went for petrol run last night, didn't realised it was Malaysia's chingay last night. roads were blocked so couldn't go to Jalan Wong Ah Fook at all.

 

In the end had to come back to Singapore via 2nd Link. go 1 big round. almost had to push bike cuz no petrol.
