from what i can imagine.. if that car driver is clever can just use any lady car licence n claim to be driver.. reason u didnt exchange particulars..

 

can easily shift the problem away which might affect your chances of claiming.. any p plate on the car then ? plus if u exchange and realise she didnt have p plate on u can even do complain.. sigh.. what if even she have no licence.. its all for u to consider the factors..

 

 

since u have lodge a report.. btw i rmb there is a clause exchange of particulars must be done? see can complain her or not ? let her have more trouble dont have to let her off..

o i check last nite on some accident requirment.. seem no clause on exchange of particulars.. just required to have at least the licence plate..

 

from what i think try to get the accident log and even see who is the driver ? as in the driver have to flie a report too mah if i am not wrong.. try to verify the age of the driver from what u saw and from the report.. see roughly tally or not.. cos car can be drive by anyone and covered.. but if shes a p plate or even no licence like u say above.. chances u will win mah..

 

but since u say u settle by bikeshop so i duno.. last time i do it with the driver insurer, the person show me the driver idac log mah..

 

maybe u call up your insurer see any details on the case or even buy the report? police report only cost less than $20 base on website..

 

 

 

because worse case sceanrio the driver can ask a experience lady driver to take the rap if u do not check carefully.. then chances of u winning might be lower too.. somemore if she got no licence or she P plate.. then she is lucky..

concept is simple. just take all the best bits and pieces from the available bikes and put it together. Or, if that is too much work, just plug bits and pieces from one bike to the other and presto... just wonder about the quality

wah lau, i just found out my tire valve caps had been stolen. I used them for 8 years liao, 8 long yrs n now they are stolen.

Hahaha... Dont get too angry. I encountered worse case than you b4. At first, I also very angry but what can we do? Report police also useless. My P plate kanna stolen. First day riding to orchard, $50 cashcard gone (forgot to take out). Worst ever, my new helmet ($70) locked on the IU machine kanna stolen including the IU machine gone. Reported police, now 1 year liao but no news at all. Calm down bro..

Sometimes, I wonder these people are staff or who. Did put 2 helmet locked on my bike, but they know which 1 is more exps. Wondering....

Which part of Serangoon are you referring to?

 

Serangoon is pretty big.

 

There's Bike Production near SINDA.

 

There's Asphoon near Boon Keng MRT station.

 

And there's upper serangoon which is near to kovan or what so ever.
