Uncle lim, are you still using Shell semi EO? Is this the one you are using "Shell Advance S 4"? 10W-40, isit?

How about the chain lube, still using castrol? Is it good? I just change from motul to maxima, but seems like maxima doesnot do better than motul. Maxima cant stay for long time, its clean but very smelly. Motul can stay more than a week, but I could not find the smaller bottle. :help:

as for chain - i got a good supply of errrrrrrrrrrrrr 3M product - they peel off when they get dirty - may not be available in SG - got them in the SEMA show last year !!

anyway, fixing a single horn without the relay is not utilising the horn loud enough. i ever tried using stock horn + the relay that came w/ the stebel horn package. the stock horn sounded louder.

if using only one horn, not necessary to put relay lah, its a waste of relay n not utilizing it

They were the one who tolled back and done up my bike.. and they're offering 4k to take in my bike.. no early settlement fee, no extra charges whatsoever..

Sorry, this week will be difficult for me. Trying to wrap up lots of stuff before we go on 3 weeks vacation in Australia. Can we still do it when I get back (May 10 onwards?)

 

About the switch, should not be an issue as long as we basically take stock from my bike and exchange exactly with your horns. All the parts and pieces must exchange..

Wow, thanks Zed, you are really helpful, already negotiating deal to arrange new fairing for me. But as mentioned by Lazy, his bike is newer so likely to notice, especially now that I buang my left front recently... For time being i will just stick with slightly damages fairing until time i am more confident that wont repeat or accidentally drop bike... a few more months of riding experience will help
