As I read on the CBR125 manual and heard from some guys, standard SP for our bike is Denso (U24) and NGK (8). As for bit of race or high performance, Denso (U27) and NGK (9). Note that its not advicable to use other range of heat (as per written on the CBR125 manual). Btw, how much you get your NGK8E? I guess its not Iridium right?

the usual ones CR8E cost around $3 or $4.

the fine platinum tip one cost $6.

the item that we were talking about the other night is item number 11. Every time have to perform bike ballet on the multistory carpark when the side stand scrap on the floor when turning. Very embarrassing and looks very the :giddy:.

I wondering whether your bike can lower down more when you put the side stand. Any idea how to fix this? I did ask the mechanic to thighten the side stand for me, but he refused coz he said useless 1, afraid later become worse. He said coz dono bla bla bla, from my understanding simply means the inside flower wear already. Dono whether replace the no 7 and 9 can solve this problem. Any idea guys?? :help: :help: :help:

Check the CBR125 manual under the side stand page. You will find out about that. I dono whether it applies to our bike and I have not tried it out. :cheeky:

I could not copy and paste as its in PDF format. But I will type it out.

Check the side stand ignition cut-off system,

1. Sit astride the bike, put the side stand up and the transmission in neutral.

2. Start the engine and the clutch lever pulled in, shift the transmission into gear

3. Lower the side stand. The engine should stop as you put the side stand down.

If the side stand system does not operate as described, see your honda dealer for service.

I guess the connector thingy is used for this thing. But not sure whether this applies to our CBR150. Try it out guys. :cheeky:

I haven't exactly tried lowering the stand while in first gear, but i have started the engine in first gear while the side stand was down(clutch pulled in). So i guess cbr150 doesn't have the side stand ignition cut-off system.

There r 2 ways; one is just by fidgeting behind the display and not removing it (assuming u r referring to front light bulb?) The other way is to remove first the 2 screws of the 2 panels inside the fairing besides the display. Once removed, u see 2 screws for the display. Remove those and unscrew the speedometer and hee presto, u can take out the panel and replace anything u like...

Hope this is clear enough. Point is u dun need to remove any parts of the main fairing...
