I'm here and I have to thank Zed and Derick for the assistance rendered. Otherwise I wouldn't be comfortably seated on my chair and typing this now.

9,30pm at suntec. was about to send my gf home. turned key. and pressed ignition button. *bzzzzzzzzzzz* green neutral light goes off. and i cant start the bike! :giddy:

thank goodness i managed to get in contact with Zed and Derick and thankfully Derick was nearby and really nice of him to drop by just to solve my problem.

what was initially thought of as a fuse problem ended up with nothing. after some fiddling we found out that all the fuses were actually fine. in the end Derick just did a V.Rossi push start and viola........... could hear her roaring loudly from the distance.....:thumb:

many many thanks! i will need to bring it to a reliable shop and get a medical check up soon. ride safely everyone!

ZR, Zed, Shaun>> I will post pics of my reincarnated SHOEI helmet soon.

Zeddo told me it worked well and it has constant braking instead of a sudden surge.

it depends on the braking technique

i went to change brake pads today at LAB. stock Honda pads, $20 inclusive labour.

but still like no effect leh.

honda original brake pads is a no no for me, confirm cannot feel anything one, use EBC to feel the difference

is my chain to loose? Should i change my chain or just adjust it?

Of course your chain is loose. If its adjustable you can adjust it. That is if the markets are in the adjustable range. If not i guess you will have to replace chain and both sprockets. Be carefull with that kinda chain slack you can eality damage your swing arm

Y not consider RK? :sian:

lol ... if got golden colour de i oso will change de haha

Nvr seen gold color chain b4? :giddy:

Zed using gold color chain, DID X-Rings I think. Mine also gold, but turn black alrdy.

Conclusion is dont spend extra money for color, coz in the end it will turn black in color. Exception for Zren, coz he wash his bike once a week.

how much will it cost to adjust the chain?

If u hve a bike shop that u go very regularly, I believe they wont charge u coz its a 30 seconds job for them.

Maybe 2 or 3 bucks if u just stop-by to any bike shop? Not sure though.

What I heard is, normal chain need more regular adjustment than O or X-Rings

Guys, ride safely. Road is not for playing.

Normally, need to ajust 3-4 weeks. If need every weeks , means , U need to changed new.

for Ajust chain, No need to pay at my workshop.. :D. but s$ 2 for other shop.
