Well if you busy and want to org something with such a short deadline it's pretty hard for ppl to decide whether they able to go anot, budget, etc...

 

Yr $10 only includes the room, shld have factor in the additional $ for the BBQ food...

The charlet is over the weekend and PH so not work for most of the people except me.

not all will stay overnite...so a BBQ would be more cost saving + same amount of fun..can use the money meant for chalet to purchase the food so that the final price which they have to pay wont be so ex and of cos more affordable..

i think bbq is enough lo.. anyway in say east coast can use ground sheets.. mostly we will not stay overnight just tc all the way.. so i think more food and better food is suffiecient..

but transporting the food is always a problem for biker's BBQ... :lol:

 

guess a few of u could take charge of the food..collect money..divide the buying food job around...

Currently the trip 21 confirmed and 15 pending bikes not including pillions so it will be a good chance to meet more ppl and fun too. Pls reply asap...tks
