Hi,

Received the letter today from TP that I've committed the offence "Failing to form up correctly when turning right under Rule 7 Road Traffic Rules (Light Vehicle)".

In the letter, the date of offence was dated 1 month ago!! I have totally no memory of it now...

May I know how high is the chances of appeal? So far i've a clean record ever since i got my 2B license 3 years ago.

Is it better to appeal online or in person at TP HQ? Btw the fine is $130 & 4 demerit points...

Thank you in advance for any advise.

Is this one of those situation where if u imagine a two lane road, left lane go straight, right lane turn right only. And TS turned right from the left lane (because we are bikers), then he may be booked from that. Another TS also kena like this. Reason, so called was, other vehicles may fail to anticipate the right turning vehicle from the left lane thus causing accident.

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...
