batt nearly flat

 

hmm.but when i on the bike(engine not running) the volt show me 13.1,after crank 14.2(without headlight on)..so batt also dying?

any1 tried those fuel additive for your bike?Those nano ball or Liquid Moly?Am hitting 17.3/1L of petrol.Is it ok for an 08 model?

yup. i tried alot sia. hhas.. FP60, broquet, liquidmoly valve cleaner, mygreen, atom power and nanoball also. but i nver put all on my cbr6, some from my previous2 bikes.. your consumption veh gd already... mine around 15/L

I installed PA Auto recently and pump till brim. Mileage now average 18.4km/l. :D Ouh btw, i checked Honda's website stating that CBR6 average consumption is 41MPG. Our 18litres is equivalent to their 4.8gallons.

 

Which means they can go: 41miles x 4.8gallons = 196.8 miles.

Convert to KM: 196.8miles x 1.6km = 314.88km.

So on average per liter: 314.88km / 18litres = 17.4933333333km/l.

 

Correct me if im wrong. :)

everyone is talking abt this fuel comp issue all the time

 

well it really depend on rider and how u control ur trottle.

 

i am on aftermarket slip on and going at 265km before reserve, 280km on stock exust before reserve.

 

as per ah duck he manage to squeeze abt 330km with reserve and die off.. i manage to squeeze 316km before it die off

no is 330km with 300ml left.

 

my best was 275km from super leaking full til the 1st blink on reserve and its with slip-on and race air filter.

So it all depends on the strength of ur right hand waist.

hahaha... cant remember la.. i know got 3 can liao... well guys.. u r the rider u control the speed and the fuel comp so dont complain k.. i know some ppl like to change gear at rpm 5-7 some like to change at 3-4 so the higher rpm u go the more fuel it take

i change at 3-4... cant bear to hurt her too much... still fragile as a young lady

ah duck - in dafansu's eye her bike is more than just her wife...

dafansu - well after u have season the speed of 120-140 u will begin to hate that 'slow' feeling. U will ask for MORE!!!
