All Connie's owner who have changed their front fork springs to Ohlins with S******* Motors. Personal advise from me is to take the fork to have it checked by another workshop. Personal incident to me is i spent a total of $890 for just the front fork. $290 is the initial sum i thought. But the parts they spoiled and the workmanship by another shop makes up the rest of the $600. It was a mistake learn and a really big eye opener to the level of skill MT has dropped. I still have photos and parts to prove my point. The way i see the other workshop taking the forks out is 110% more confident when doing it at S******* Motors. PM me if u want more details. Or meet up for coffee and i will bring the parts for you to inspect and see.

Oh damn.. was contemplating heading down to get my shocks and fork springs changed as well.. this is very bad news.. and they are supposed to be the distributors of ohlins.. drop an email to ohlins bro.. tell them how gd their distributor is.

If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.

They even dare sell me the rear shocks claiming it fit 2010-2011 models.. Even when i ask are they sure when the ohlins webby states for 2006-2009 only. Even with Ohlins official reply to me that it DON'T fit. They say "ohhhhh.. We fix it before for 2010 models". They just want sales $$ only. And can say anything they want. Total spent to change just the front spring. Close to $900.. Big big lesson learnt..

If you remove the secondary flies best if you have the PC or Bazzaz to control the fuel. Read that the fuel consumption really screw up big time and bike not rideable at all. But power's there......

Yes. the power delivery comes after 2.5RPM. Its like sudden surge of power when you throttle. With the files on, you cannot pull the bike throttle at overdrive. The power is only at mid gear range. But without the files, you can gun the throttle for power at every gear. Without the piggyback of a fuel management device, your ecu is no longer able to manage the fuel-air ratio properly. The bike will run very lean. My friend FC become 9 per litres. The bike reserve light came on at 150km. He solved the problem with PCV and all is good now. Running 15-17km per litres. But prayed hard that the PC5 doesnt screw you up during long trip up north.

It cannot be ridden on slow speed like town riding. If your unit screw up you will be in deep ****. Heard someone who removed it needs to top up every 160km on a full tank after his fuel got screwed…
