A little update. Had installed the PC V and did the trottle bodies synchronization 2 weeks before the trip to Ipoh.

I've observe that my bike ran smoother and flat spot at 5k rpm on 6th gear eliminated. Bike ran cooler, it takes 8 minutes to reach the second bar on the temperature. Instead of 5 minutes previously. On the lower gear is smoother running at 2 k rpm just don't have the surging feeling.

I did all the above at tachyon motor. He has the latest dyno software available which made tuning accurate.

The above are just my observation and I'm in no way affiliated to the bike shop.

Am putting up my beloved ZZR1400 for the next Ninja Aficionado to take over..

I've spoken to quite a few buddies of mine & they have persuaded me to put my Ninja up for sale.. They told me that it's no point having the beast covered 6 days out of a week.. Better let another Ninja lover savour the moments with her..

Those that knows me & have seen the beast knows how much time & effort I've spent to keep her spick & span..

I'll provide a brief info on her:

- Late '08 model with ABS (Nice FBC plate)

- Low mileage of 25k (my touring mistress to Golden Triangle & throughout Thailand)

- Aftermarket accessories & mods exceeding $10k (and no, I'm not selling the parts separately YET)

- Easily more than 100 coats of wax on her (yeah, I'm crazy)

A shot of my mistress @ Betong:

ZX14 @ Betong.jpg

For those that are in love with the beast, please PM me as I will not provide more information here. For cool dudes, I'm all in to catch up for a cup of coffee & tell you more about her. For those that loves throwing the ball low, bike shops are selling a stock '08 model for $24k to $25k & new stock only coming in end September.

Should I sell or should I keep? I leave it to the masses..

Cheers.

If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.

was riding for most of my time..

1 000km more to hit 70 000km mark..

hope it`s not too much for a 2yr 6 mths bike....

Actually the mileage very high for a 2 yr 6 months bike.. You are clocking 19000 per year. Per month is 1600km. Per day is 52km. There again its a tourer! High spirited tourer!
