Join me/us on 1 day trip and you will get to learn, ask and see the wonder of connie. She is a wonderful machine. Unless you can foretell the traffic at woodlands checkpoint, its not advisable to go malaysia thru woodlands. I rather pay toll charges and ride few more km to 2nd link.

Yeah bro. I never ride my connie thru 1st link. If 2nd link is no longer exist, i will not go Malaysia with my GTR anymore. On big heavy bike, Woodlands checkpoint sucks big super time.

hi guys, anyone here have their tyre sensor change before? mine always show low batt, wat the cost for a new pieces and where can i get it from...

thanx

Ho sey liao........ It's the TPM sensor (Tire pressure monitor) battery low. Need to change the entire unit located below tire valve. Brand new cost +- $170 exclude workmanship, you get get it from Loois if you bike from there as told by Mr Lee he has a few pieces lying in his drawer. Otherwise get it from online. The stupid unit suppose to last 5 years according to the user manual.

Few months back I had this problem. But I chose to ignore it by switching to other view, the problem came back initially flagging low batt on the screen. But after a while the problem just goes away, right now I got no problem displaying the tire pressure.......

There's an agent in Singapore just google it. They have all the sizes available. Mounting of the boxes should not differ from any other bikes like FJR.

Yeah.. I guess the maintenance is higher than the Japs counterpart.. A little too late though.. Have already took a bite at the German pie.. Still, it's slightly cheaper than the Italians, yah?

I get what you mean.... after owning 3 German sweeties..... The parts are cheap but labour with the agent kills..... At least they are much better than the Japanese counterpart. They change entire faulty parts instead of guessing which part is faulty....
