Oh no.. oh well, at least now the bike shop will have to honour any repairs that are needed due to the lemon law - just hope the new owner will spot all the items that need repairs or replacement. More importantly, I hope that the shop hasn't done some quick repair to the critical components to hide the past accident / drop history. e.g. replacing the shock seal to stop the fluid leak but maybe the shock is lightly bent? If so, it will just leak again. Anyway good luck to the new owner.
