[sold] WTS Scottoiler self-mod Dual Injector

Hi Guys I got my scottoiler quite awhile back however I don't really like the way the oiler only supply oil to one side of the chain.

I saw that scottoiler had their own dual injector but the price is kinda not worth it in my opinion and somehow I feel they should have supplied this in the first place instead of selling it as an add-on.

 

So I did some research and measurements and made my own dual injector

 

 

So I have done the injector but now I am left with quite abit of materials as the connectors and plates are only sold in set of 5 and i'm now left with 4 more qty enough for 4 sets.

 

If anyone is interested I am selling them off at $15 per set.

(includes 1 connector, 1 stainless steel plate and 5 long, 5 short cable ties enough for your installation.)

 

Installation not included. You do not have to change any tubes as your existing tubes can be used.

Care to explain how is the item is to be installed on an existing scot oiler? Just replace the injectors?

1. remove the current single injector head.

2. find a suitable location (preferably on the swingarm) to secure the stanless steel plate and splitter connector (both the item is part of the $15 you paid for including cable ties for securing).

3. measure the length required and cut the excess length of your oil tube.

4. plug the end into the splitter.

5. from the excess length of tubing that you just cut, cut another 2 short length as shown in the photo of my first post.

6. if you bought the scottoiler first hand you should have 3 injector head in the box. (the thin black tube at the end of your oil tube)

7. you need 2 of it and plug it into the 2 short length that you cut in step 5.

8. now plug the 2 injector head with tube into the splitter and do the final adjustment to let it rest nicely onto the sprocket and you are done!

injector head cane be made from the same tube of the scottoiler vacuum tube. this was taught to be by the mechanic. i can teach you how if you do not have enough injector head.

im not sure how much the shops sells but you can actually make it from your current scottoiler. i can teach you if you are interested. i thought my previous buyer how to make the injector head too.
