don't think can find sonic parts in jb

cos sonic not produced in jb, they don't carry its parts

how well was the response bro? short lived? how long it lasted? mine is FZ plate bought it Dec05...mileage around 3K only...under utilised.

Its givs more pickup and smoother running engine, but both dosen't last long, abt 2 mths gone case le:cry: waste my $$$ both were both from thailand

 

U dun ride to work? So urs is the new version sonic, u dismantle the fairings b4?

Hi guys, i need ur objective opinion bout Honda sonic, the strength n weekness. Coz im concidering to get one. I heard the parts are expensive n hard to get. I got an offer for 2004 sonic for 2k, the bike is very good maintain, is it too expensive? coz im going to sell my 2005 X1 for $1800 only. Its a bit funny if i have to top up to get an older bike, although well maintenced. Well, i dont know much about bike, especially im not local. so i need any input from u all. Thanks

sonic parts to me arent tat bad..

Talking about spare parts . No bike is more rare than my bike to get parts. I see a lot of people ride the sonic. Should not have problem getting parts for it.

hi.i am riding sonic also.its a gd bike.its fast n stable.cos the fork is different from other cub.its long fork wif clip on handle.i everyday go n back from work at 125-130km/hr.n its still stable.no wobble at all.then install a race cdi n do the programing wif computer n proper tunning of ur carb.the bike can fly anytime can go above red line.tats wat i did 2 my bike.hehe.

nope.i dnt have.but u can hear the difference between a stock n the 1 wif race cdi.example stock 4th gear max is 100km/hr.but after i install the race cdi 4th hit 100km/hr.then u can hear the sound abit change then whack till 120km/hr on 4th gear.

my next mod.maybe i change the back spocket smaller by 2 teeth 2 increase the top speed.maybe can reach 140 or 150km/hr.just thking of trying.then change sp carb.increase power.there is tis shop they even sell sonic big block.cc will go up 150cc.then even have twin cam.haha.

im buying the sonic this week. its also come with some unused parts that havent been instaled by the owner, incl race cdi. i ll post them later, see if anybody interested.
