Hi there. I tink my throttle cable snap just now. Was wondering whether izzit easy to fix if i just go buy the part?

i heard X1 always haf problem with the timing chain.. is that true?

Normal maintenance like EO change, spark plug and full servicing every 6 mths depend on the usage.

spark plug - 6month...

carbarter - 6month or 1 yr (up to you)

p/s i 1 yrs nv wash my carbarter liao still ruuning smooth.. only is the EO

What other Qs. do i have to enquire? So means if i pay him $2,400 + insurance, i can ride on the road?

yes. but u will need to do up yr insurance before u r able to do ownership transfer. do check out the thread on "Exact steps to sell bike' under Legality & regulations part of this forum for more info.

 

my general feel is that it is somewhat usual to have a x1 that backfires. seen tonnes of them from older FY plates to even new FBB plates that backfires. my personal experience is that the backfiring comes even though i didnt do any adjust to the factory tuning.

guys, hw much does it cost to install a box onto the x1 ? any 30l box will do. i know i need a rack as well. but wats the base plate for ?

 

anyway can anyone share with me the prices for a 30l box + rack + base plate ? thanks!

Either u can play around with your sprockets combination or install a racing cdi..

hmm.. any idea where to get running light wif changing color on e neutral gear display for X1? i've seen it on spark. was trying to fix it recently but was told by mechanic tt the bulb is too big for X1..

1. you go and loose weight...

2. make your bike as light as possible...

3. use spoke rims with tires as small as possible.. like 70/70

4. pour "Tongkat Ail" to the Engine Oil and Fuel Tank.
