:: hey there~ price for a classic is relatively subjective; it depends on the year, model, plate, originality etc etc... all these counts... a restored baby could cost between 2500-6000... the diff between a super and a sprint is body+model+yr of manufacture+engine etc etc... google "vespa" and browse the webbies there... it helps to broaden your knowledge in telling the difference between all vespa models... if time permits, drop by these main shops that deals with em; tong aik motors (golden wall bldg), jin cheng motors (ubi), hendra's (paya lebar), cik ali's (tampines), roda dua (horne rd, jalan besar)... cheers~! ::

is it cheaper for me to buy a fully restored and modified vespa or an ugly one and rev it up later on?

usually ppl buy one that doesn't have that nice of an outlook...

so long as the engine runs perfectly,the exterior really doesnt matter..

get urself used to riding a vespa...you may have falls and scrapes along the way.

and the paintwork etc could be done to your own sense of style later on..

also,it keeps itchy fingers off your vespa..

just to share ,i got my cosa fixed.

 

spent the weekend riding around for no apparent reason,even was as excited as a homosexual about pouring 2T...tilting the darn ride before it even starts.man..i love it when everything seems familiar

 

somehow the vibration i saddle between my legs seemed familiar too.so niceeee...

Hi guys/gerls..i have a spare parts for vespa which belongs to my dad.

He's no more using it...cos da tua...anyway its a 70's parts which my dad has used b4..like a : fullset roundheadlight handle bar with vintage grip & lever,3 different kind of gears,afew mangkuks(compartment cover)nt sure for what,2 of the engine parts,1 piston & lastly a vespa symbol maniquin of a babarian with beard & wearing a eagle wings on the head which those 70's scooterist always display infront of the bike...anyone interested can call me...Adan 91831081..pics will be update soon....

nice pixs maes..thanks for sharing. thanks to those who pillioned me round yesterday too..it was really nice to see all you people..it's been quite a while since i last saw some of you guys and gals. and it was awesome riding with the simply scooter guys too..thanks for the invite to ben and jerry's and the photoshoot at the memorial park!

 

and yusri - it was a real pleasure to finally get to know you..your bike is a real jaw-dropper in the flesh and i must say you and your guys and gals as a group really inspire others to go mod..am so tempted to get another bike and go mod after meeting you guys and riding round with u all yesterday la..oh well maybe when i move out one day i will
