hi guys..

 

i met wif an accident on da 1st aug.. juz got discharged today.. sustained a broken forearm..

 

newayz.. only my bike got a dented pipe besides torn stickers n minor scratches.. so is it possible to undent my gpr pipe to almoz original shape.. or is it time to change to a new slip-on..?

 

so here are da pix dat i`ve juz taken.. anyone here who has done da undenting of pipe care to shed sum lite on price n place..? thanx in advance fer all inputs.. ride safe all.. =)

I wanna borrow your thread as well.

 

Anyone knows whether it's permanent damage if a pipe is dented or squash a little? And does it affect performance?

can be done, i got my RS-3 titanium dented quite badly which was done so close to new condition... from 3/10 to 9.5/10. but i did it in malaysia. costs RM100.

Yesterday was history, tomorrow is mystery, today is a blessing. I love today.

1998: honda hurricane

1999: Rxz, TXR150 gamma

2000: L2s turbo

2001: ZXR250

2002: RS125

2003: CBR900

Take care bro..Long time never see you..Now acident..Titanium is a hard metal..If its thick then will be very hard to undent it..If it is thinner..Think there is a chance to undent it..

shouldnt have any permanent damage to the endcan as the sleeve is just a cover.. unless you have damaged the silencer inside..

 

performance wise, may affect a little as the gas flow and back pressure is altered..
