ok guys i have met up with the event coordinators last night.... for this year's event they are having something for us...

 

so guys if u read this and u are interested do add in ur name in the list...

 

if u are wondering when the convoy is, IT IS HELD ON THE PRE AND THE TWO ACTUAL EVENT DATES!!!

 

Pre-event

They will meet at 7pm on the 29/08/07 at the Newton Circus and make a convoy down to The Wrench, Jalan Klapa.

 

Actual Event (15/09/07, Saturday)

We will gather at a point to be confirmed (which I will inform u guys again), the time will be around 12-1pm

 

and also they are making a Welcoming Parade on the ACTUAL DAY, when different groups arrive at the location, THERE WILL BE an MC that will ANNOUNCE the group that is arriving so everybody's eyes there at the location will be focusing on the group upon arrival..

 

Actual Event (16/09/07, Sunday)

on this day, the convoy will be the same as Saturday but there will be another convoy at the end of the festival... this is to represent the Closing Ceremony of the festival.. (Details to be informed again)
