Bad experience.. really bad. Probably for all new riders..

It was about 2am in the morning. I was turning into the main road after picking up on my friend when i heard a super loud screech. Turned my head on the right, and saw a SUV hit a motorcyclist; motorcyclist on the floor lying, and the car just there. The driver stepped out, and attend to the rider. Me and my friend thought it was ok, case settled. As i was about to turn and head off my to our destination, my friend asked me to stop. I looked to my right again, and to my surprise, the bloody farking hell knn ccb as*hole driver went back to his car, and started his engine. I turned off my engine immediately and both of us jumped out from my bike. THE DRIVER DROVE RIGHT PAST US. I was sooo scared, don't know what to do.. My friend ran to the rider, while i looked at the car and took down his car plate number and called the police immediately. We were all alone on the road, no cars.. or anything. just both of us, i seriously felt like crying because i couldn't believe this was happening. Finally after a minute another SUV, came from afar. I stand infront of the car, crying for help, asking to help us, both of us were really scared because we seriously have no one with us while waiting for the police to come. I told the driver what happened and you guys should see his face...

 

"HIT AND RUN ??!?!?!?!?!?!"

"ya.. please tell us what to do.."

 

Soon enough, a biker from the other side of the road stopped.. after seeing so many people.. we were calm already while waiting for the cops.. The SUV also blocked the traffic to divert it to the other two lanes..

 

Kudos to the SUV and the biker riding a yellow sport scooter, who be with us, and spend their 5 minute with us, while waiting for the ambulance to come. I tell you that 5 minute was like 1 hour.. i was biting my nails all along.. asking where the hell is the ambulance... the victim couldn't even move.. nor talk.. but was alive la. Police arrived took down our particulars, took down our statement, but unfortunately i only get to take down the plate number, never really see what happened. BUT I HOPE THAT DRIVER IS GOING TO BE BROUGHT TO COURT AND GO JAIL. Now i really phobia already.. really scared to ride.. cause if something like that happened to me.. nobody is going to help me.. if i ever met with an accident like that. I really feel like bashing up that bas*ard up for hit-and-run.. Really a bad experience for a 2 week new rider..

I am sure you are doing just fine. There are "bad egg" in the world. but there are also an equal amount of "kind soul" in the world too.

you have given the mata the guy's plate number, and you're willing to stand as witness.

 

once you give mata the number, immediately they track fella down a.s.a.p and check the vehicle, which confirm will have impact damage. even if the fella immediately rush to repair, mata would immediately send bulletin to repair shops to look out for this vehicle coming in for repair.

 

in short, by the simple act of taking down his plate number, you have just ensured that the fella will land in jail for his crime. there is no escape full stop.

He was dying.. couldn't move, tried to move, but cannot move. i tried to talk to him.. telling him ambulance on the way, so ask him not to move.. after that he just lie down there.. never move at all. His helmet flew off far.. his bike was at least 2m away from him.. his helmet like.. 1m from the bike

 

After seeing him like that, clipping my helmet is a must for me now liao.. his bike sad leh.. FBB plate.. so new..

scare the s*** out of her.

 

this type of driver sucks. hope he/she get what they deserve. didnt even bother to help that rider...

i've similar experience but.. my case the driver did not run but kept her vehicle in the middle of the road causing a huge jam along Toh Guan Road....

 

the rider, riding wave motorbike was badly injured.. his head smashed onto the car's windscreen.. blood all over..

 

 

upon trying to save him.. my bike died.. coz i never off my engine to attend to the rider who is unconsious...

 

hope he's doing fine.
