when i was playing motard overseas, i was over taken by a young boy on a 85cc motard. engine size does not matter. attitude does : )

Anyone interested in WR400 complete SM wheelset? Excel Gold rims, stainless steel spokes and OEM hubs. 3.50 front and 4.25 rear, ideal for WR400. Buy it and just plug and play. Condition 8.5/10. Asking $1.1k

hey guys.. i seriously not sure abt this but.. me n my frens were thinking.. we heard some ppl say tht converting a 2b scramb to a motard is illegal.. but den i tink otherwise coz its only the changing of tires n brake discs rite? so wats the final answer guys? enlighten me pls..
