can i appeal for erp fine?

erm...if i get the letter but i nv go paid the fine on date.

so i went to pay the fine but i was late for 5 day,will i still get to pay 70? if i get to pay 70 how bout the $10.30?

i feel that shld haf built in chip registered to our address like credit card.. den they bill us monthly we jus pay via axs or wat.. haha.. den we no nid put cash card n can jus go thru the gantry w/o worring abt the cashcard 4get put..

if u hav a gd reason then maybe u can try to appeal,but if u dun hav one,i advise u to avoid all the trouble to appeal and pay the fine
