actually, i dun mind to genting touch and go... maybe stay base camp at KL, then go up without box (without pillion even better, i dun mind paying for the KL-Genting-KL cab fare), then can push the tyres harder... corner of the tyres very under-utilised nowadays... :cry:

if want keep for investment, most will go for condo, AMC not many expats want to rent. somemore, one AMC needs more upfront investment.

not so fast amc.

cos i find condo cant hold or do not have a better selling price in years to come.

Renting wise most probably easier for the latter. But tat is in the far far future, first to list is making the hdb truely mine in time to come.

 

oh yeah~ its been baking in the sun and getting bombarded by the rain for quite a while alr. time to do some touch up~
