My only advice is -> fail - retake - fail - retake - fail - retake ... pass. You will automatically learn from your mistakes each time you retake. Training is like tat, TP also like that.

Feels liek going to take class 2a liao.. Wanna see see look look at the girls in all clAsses! Most impt be patient and stay calm. Maintain ur eye point and control throttle and clutching! More turning lessons to come! Way to go girl!

Gasp! I never nag about how to go about the lessons on this thread? Darn! Must rectify!

 

1) Book your lessons twice in a day. Go for a morning lesson, break, kopi/lunch with the instructors. Do a 2nd lesson in that same day. So your body can get into the muscle memory stage where eventually, it will correct itself to the right muscle memory for the lesson. Besides you get all hot, dusty and sweaty and will need a shower, why not do it after you are totally even hotter, sweatier, dustier after a whole day of lessons?

 

2) Get a decent fanny pack, wallet, handphone, small hanky towel, face wash, tissues and sunblock in the pack, pull to the back of your backside when you are riding. (useful also to keep your pillion off your backside. Plug in your ear piece and listen to nice beat pop music. Make sure you have a water bottle secured so you can refill water and drink as and when you need.

 

3) Gloves, Helmet, buff to keep your sweat dripping hair from your eyes.

 

4) Raise your chin and straighten your back. The idea is to keep your eyes on the road and direction you are going, and swing your hips naturally. (Its also kinder to your lower back, which we females tends to have pain with.

I wasn't aware of it, they just keep say I sharp turning, I dont even know why.

We have the tendency to look down when you feel inconfident. Grip the tank, look where you want to go, and look far. You might be surprised at how sharp a turn you can do without thinking about it
