Yesterday, i saw Replay's bike outside Swensens NorthPoint. Saw Replay and gf at Long John's Silver. Saw Replay's parking summon ticket on my bike which reads "PUNK'D!" (How much do i owe you?).

 

Earlier in the morning, at Bukit Panjang area, I saw a car overtake a scrambler abrubtly and the rider's obviously unhappy (the car literally squeezed the scrambler towards the double yellow lines). The rider got mad, overtook the car and e-braked numerously while turning his head backwards and pointing the middle finger. The car nearly hit him several times but didnt. Then both vehicles stopped at the side, and rider and driver had a rather nasty verbal argument.

 

Then at night, i saw 2 cars completely smashed each other's fronts at Woodlands Ave 2 junction towards Causeway Point there. There was a malay family crowding around a child on the floor

i went to change EO at a* k*** and saw new chainese guy, trainee..

i clocked 3000 mileage and EO was so much black...

Wah, trainee......been there bout 3 days b4 but no see.....thats a new one.

Kmax, i clock bout 5k+- then change EO....lol. Heard that actually fully syn can last 10k. Ever done that 10k once and bike still runs fine. Decided not to push luck so every 5k fine with me actually. Have friends riding S4, Monster 4 all more than 10k. Just curious..does the change in mileage of replacement of EO actually affect bike performance? Long run? Short run?

ta200 eat engine oil sometimes. so at 3k is better to change.

Saw Steven Lim on his GOLDWING lastnight at Tampines Mall that stretch of road.....he apparently got lost and was seen asking a Taxi Uncle for the way at a Traffic Junction......Also saw a smashed up car on pavement at Tampines St80+++ there near the Police Station....wrecked up man.....

Blackie, i do check my EO level every week....if need be, i top up.

i also check and top up EO, especially before long runs

 

usually, bike get so noisy and vibrate alot... difficult to change gear (for my phantom) and i keep record of mileage of EO changes (every 3K), and now it's time.

If u ask does it effect bike performance? for me, it feels better after oil change.

 

this time i get FUCHS sikoline or something, semi-synthetic, 15$.

Changing EO after 2000km~3000km for TA200 is recommended because there is no EO filter.

 

No doubt the EO itself can probably last 5000km+, but it will be dirty cos there is no filtering system. Cheap, fresh EO is still better than expensive, dirty EO.

3 EO changed 1 spark plug change...

 

haha .. never change my plugs for about almost 1/2 yrs liaoz

 

Anyway .. I added friction reducer to my E.O .. can last 2 mths .. engine running smooth .. anyway .. i always change my E.O monthly ..

i change monthly too....just that my EO cfm hit 5k every month. hmmm, i guess we all have our own ways yah.

I always just use the regular cheapo spark plug when I was riding my TA

I was at Bricklands Road on the way to work today, when TPs stopped me at the side road. They checked IC and License, then asked why my front fender is gold in colour (using stock one) whereas my bike's red. Told them it's damaged. Then they said okay and let me off. wth? i was already so late.

hmm well I mean as in when you reach a age to even to be capable of riding class 2 bikes, shouldn't you be at least knowing where's where? well for his age that is..don't most learn SG roads by the end of their P plate? or maybe just a minority..

I disagree totally. Familiarity of roads has nothing to do with your license class, the bike you ride or your age.

 

I've been in Singapore for 13years, and throughout this time I have lived, studied, & worked in the West, North or Central areas. Throw me into Bedok, Tampines or Pasir Ris & I guarantee you I will be riding in circles looking for my destination.... get my drift?

I agree with you. Throw me to Tuas, Jurong, Clementi I also circle and circle. But I like it.
