QUESTIONS ABOUT DEMERIT POINT !! Please help me

Hope you guys can help me

Am a p-plate rider currently , yesterday was at Clementi area .

I was at the most right lane , wanting to turn right, the traffic light was green but red arrow shown. Then I'm at the pedestrian crossing , first line. Will I get any demerit points or anything ? Is there any camera in that area? The road is somewhere near After Singapore poly ! And if really got demerit point? How much? 12points? When will the letter come ? I commuted the offense at 8pm and I checked online at 10pm , my demerit point is still 0. When will the points be updated? Hope you guys can help me out!
