With basic pay and travel, uniform allowance etc... coming up to $4-5k, many O and N level holders will certainly be tempted to go for this as their first job after school as the quickest way to make that kind of salary.

wow. can level with shipboard 2nd engineer/ chief officer whoose basic is only about 3.5k.

On my flight back to singapore yesterday, a good looking stewardess (SQ) was serving me.

what i cant understand is why she had to fake an accent..

I heard her speaking to her colleague later in 100% local Singaporean accented english.

That is so....fake....but she's good looking...:cheeky:

no offense to the SIA girls. i meet them most of the time as i'm an aircraft technician with SIAEC but i dun understand why issit so diffucult to say thank you when i help then open doors or let them through first. hell there was once she glared at me after i help her open the door at the kris shop at the T2 basement. next time i should just let her push the door while trying to push the trolley full loaded with luggage at the same time..

i dunno maybe its the long flight or screwed up passengers. n maybe these few are those minorities. dun tarnish ur image la.

anyway sorry :offtopic:
