my fren drive my another car.. got stop by QX.. the QX took dwn their particuliar everything then say they will charge them for driving without a license.. wads the panalty?

how long usually took to received the letter or anything? my fren they nv received any notice or reference no. they QX jus say charge them.. pr ay hard they will let them off..

wa this type of thing almost impossible to appeal.. usually owner of car license revoke and pay fine... driver with no licence also pay fine and most likely cant take license for any class for a yr or more...

 

dats not the worst part.. after revoke liao, next time u wanna take license can try many² times then pass... gd luck...
