safe rider, wreckless rider, speed rider, or is there any typhoon wheelie riders around

My typhoon never start for like ... 6 mths ... u know y ?

That time i find that my typhoon suck petrol .. so i lay up the bike ... than ride R1 from hougang to Tuas for werk .... that's y ....

 

But i prefer to use the typhoon for saturday nite outing .... at town .. just that the bike suck petrol .. and i didnt know nayone here ride typhoon .. therefore i neglected her ...

 

anyone can help me make her alive ? then i can consider renewing the rd tax, insurance ... inspection .... but i need advise .. i'm very sceptical about shops .. they confirm ketok $$$$

suck petrol ? u mean consumsion high ? how high less then 22km/l

u got do any thing funny with u scoot ? (mod)

u leave the scoot untouch for 6 mth and u expect it to start ? still got battery or not ??

got try kick starting ? fuel tank still got petrol ?

I even use my wave battery to start ...cannot .... no striking sound from starter also... kick start no sound ... maybe 1 day u free, i meet u ... now till end of june i still on hospital leave .. so got plenty of time ... but make it fast .. i july werking overseas already .... dont make me miss all my babe

Another thing is that my petrol ....home at hougang, is full tank, to werk at tuas ... going home, from tuas, my fuel gauge is half already .. then from half tank .. it dropped fast to reserve ...

hehehe in that case its really drinking.

 

one thing for sure, piaggio fuel gauges all not accurate one. they hold for very long at the full position then drops rapidly to reserve.

 

for my GT, at the 3/4 mark i need to top up >5litres liao which is half the tank.

wow 2 tanks. how big the capacity? can go touring w/o constant need to look out for petrol kiosk.

Actually i ever thought of .... typhoon got 1 big empty space for helmet compartment under the seat ..., putting an old vespa tank.... so that can go touring ...

 

but maybe using that method to go JB, top up petrol, then comeback SG, transfer to my wave .. RM 5 full tank .. worth the saving rite ? anyway, currently i'm doing that using my R1 ......

 

So this typhoon is actually, to make a weekend bike ... i believe this kinda bike is not on TP's billboard chart ... i's a relax bike anyway .. not outlaw... unless i speed ...

 

Oh yes ! 1 more thing .. i find that my typhoon top speed is just 100-110km/hr.

on hospital leave !!

does it have anything to do with ur R1 ??

try kick starting it first and see can start or not.

if can then must be some kind of elect failure if cannot then mostly mechanical problem liao.( fuel system problem)

Hospital leave coz my collar bone broken ... soccer + R1 = hospital leave .. so shld i say ... something to do also lah ..

 

I think already into mechanical or fuel problem ... maybe spark plug ... rusty ..

why do i have a funny feel u must be riding full bore all the time....

 

anyway auto scoot fuel cunsumtion rely alot on riding style. the more agressive u ride the heavier the consumtion.

 

btw i just did a test ( kana camp recall back to show face) . rode full throttle ( i was in a rush lah) from serangoon north to lim chu kang (went to wrong camp) then to tuas, cover ard 30+ km . fuel consumsion abt 15 km/l. after that i rode back to serangoon north at abt 1/2 to 3/4 throttle , cover ard 22 km. fuel consumsion abt less then a liter.

as for the speed difference is only abt 15 km/h nia.

believe it or not up to u....

 

by the way how many liter u top up from reserve ? ever wonder if ur fuel pump is working? cost if it's not,when tank r full u got ard 5.6 liter of fuel . ur auxilary tank is abt 2.4 liter. it will affect ur milage greatly .

110km/h the scoot with such small wheels already not stable liao, still want to go faster meh ??
