Can one, my fastest ever is 151 km/hr on Phantom Meter, but on checking real speed against GPS, it's only 131km/hr...

140kph Downslope. 130kph straight road. Not fully throttled. anything more and things will start to sound funny.

Vibration wise... always have. hahahaha.

No idea what that is!

What is the nipple for? Maybe we know it by other names.

I think all Phantoms go beyond 90km/hr will vibrate one lah.

Top speed depends alot on Horse power & air resistance.

If want to go faster, take out all the boxes, change to small mirrors & drag bar. Go low when you ride.

 

 

If want to increase lower end speed/ Pick up, change spocket to Big Big one, then pick up will be like Motard, but top speed also like Scramlers one very low! Wuahahah!

how much is a drag bar? is it a straight bar? Currently, i think im on beach bars. Nipple should be referring to the brake fluid nut. At the brake caliper there is a nut. Its for bleeding your brake fluid. maybe its rounded.

 

Im immune to the vibration liao. hehe.

Some bikes start to vibrate once you thumb the starter... you'll get used to it

Yes, it's a short almost straight handle bar. So you will lean forward abit when riding in order to touch the throttle grips. I am on wide handlebars too.

 

Don't know the price for the drag bars.

Just wire it up if you want to use it. That's all. Stock doesn't have a corresponding connector for it, so you'll either have to connect it to a new switch, or tap it to your main lights.

did i just got chopped? i paid $55 just to replace a metal rod with spring and a rubber seal that sits inside the front brake pump. it was a honda genuine part with "made in Japan" clearly printed on the plastic wrapping. the mech didnt replace the brake fluid, just filled up the pump with brand new brake fluid. can anyone tell me did i get chopped as i see the same job with planet costs just $25...

Doing up Full Decals at 219.

Thought might as well get the Forks services since they will be taking out my Fork covers.

So research a bit on the price and quality.

Was quoted $35 to replace the metal rod with spring, $50 for a chiong brake pump with brake handle, $80 for original Honda front brake pump at a repair shop ard bukit panjang.

 

I took the $50 brake pump and the mechanic performed a brake bleeding to replace all the old brake fluid and remove air in the system.

 

Ur brake fluild should be fully replaced. And if your front braking is spongy.. den u need a brake bleeding..
