spray would be better than stickers and worth the money. check out our advertiser thread.

For handlebars, plan a holiday to thailand and get it. If not, try ah koon. do consider risers too. Planet workmanship + riser = $50 w/o bar.

my bike is full glossy black...

what i did is i only sent my tank for paint at yeow motors at amk for $100... my rear fender n front fender, i simply bought them at ah boy n fixed on myself... front fender $28, easy to fix, just 4 screws... rear fender i think $55, not easy to fix, lots of things to take out n put back but well worth it... so total spent about $183... for me, i think worth it, cause i know the "paint" work on my fenders will not have problem if i take care cause its practically shiny plastic... :)

oh ya, i did diy b4... i sprayed my front fender n tank glossy black... i did it with such quality, my fren was super shocked! he was like, u paint at shop ah, i said no la, DIY... then he just didnt know what to say... i was impressed myself... but thing is, slowly, e paint will just crack on its own... i actually took extra extra care of this cause i know diy easy spoil, so when pump petrol, i make sure dun splatter, n i almost every other day will wax it to maintain e paint... but still, it cracked up alot... :)

Open the aluminium panel on the left side of the engine to see.

If worn out, the teeth will become sharp or pointed. If it look curved and sharp like a claw, it's time to change.

If not sure, trace the chain going to the engine. The first piece that covers the chain is the aluminium panel.

It's just a squarish lopsided metal plate to cover the spocket, like chrome cover can open, throw away bike still can run one, so safe to open to check.

Don't open the round round piece witht he word "HONDA". That one will be the engine.... That one try not to open.

sprocket should be changed with the chain as a set... for phantoms it would be $130

when I ride with a new set of chain and sprockets for about 25000km, the front sprocket started making scary grinding noises... :sian:

but of course after the replacement its back to normal :cheeky:

I got the chain oiler at about the 23000km mark...

but still... at 25000km, chain sprockets, clutch plates, tyres all must go! safety first... :cheer:
