Hey guys..

Last week I tio united premas summon for parking outside of an allocated bike lot. That happened at the open air carpark beside raffles hospital.

Best of all is the bike lots were full.. so I park right beside the filled lots, not causing any obstruction and even had a parking coupon.

When I came back, I tio summon and I went round to see the other bikes which were parked before I came, on the pavements/ grass patch. And none had summons!! WTH!

So I hope to clarify... can those united premas/ hdb carpark attendants issue summon ONLY to vehicles parked illegally within the carpark? And does that mean that the TP are the only one that can issue summons for bikes parked illegally on pavements/ grass patches/ double yellow line??

If like that ah.. I rather park on pavement liao..

Thankew!

I had the same observation once. I'll like to know too if others have the same experience.

Note that once a place becomes popular with bikes parking on pavement, you know who will come.

yeah park on pavement better. not their area of interest.

Always ride safely and defensively.

Repair body expensive and slow.

Not only TP... I kena summons parking on pavements/ grass patches/ double yellow line by normal police patrol car before too.

Steps to do a proper KNNBCCB with middle finger.

1. Bow down slightly, looking intensely at objective

2. Like a raging bull, hop and jog slowly towards objective

3. Take your left palm and slap it hard on the right mid-arm with a SLAP!

4. With charisma, raise right arm, whilst showing middle finger (with left palm trapped in bend right arm)

5. Shout! KNNBCCB

parking on pavement carries a fine of $70...and any police officer can issue a summon for that...do take note...

Park on pavements/grass patch, even CISCO can issue summons! Tio before at Taman Jurong. The CISCO ticket will not state the offence or amount, it just states your bike number and informs you that you will receive a letter from TP within 2 weeks' time. True enough.. Compounded the offence with $70.

the URA carpark more active... but their fine is only $8 (if in parking lot) or $25 max... recently kena 2... $50 :giddy: always thought a short while, so just find one corner and park... but they also very fast hand...

but if on pavement/grass patch is $70 max. though they are not that active, but one time is enough already... kekeke...
