would be very keen to be one of the owner too. Lim, can you advise where you got it and how much was it? Can PM me if not convenient to reveal. thanks ..

Got mine via HL Cycle. Price is about $5*,*** OTR. There are only 6 in SG for now. As far as I know, most are booked already way before it arrived in our shores.

Quoted from Kawasaki's official website :

ORDERING DETAILS

RESERVE THE NINJA H2â„¢

The Kawasaki Ninja H2 is a limited-release production motorcycle, available for a short time. To reserve the world's only supercharged production streetbike, complete an order form and make a deposit at your local authorized Kawasaki dealer no later than April 21, 2015. So I wonder how many more will arrive on the 2nd shipment, which might be the last delivery.

My current ride is a Ducati. Ive ridden around the Panigale 1199, BMW S1000RR, Aprilia RSV4 etc. I'm impressed with these continentals, but the feeling on the H2 is totally different, especially when the supercharge kicks in. Adding on its mirror paintwork etc, totally the best for now!

Some would say, why not go for the 2015 R1?

Using HP now, let's see if the photo can be uploaded successfully..

Anyway all the H2 are still at respective bikeshops. Waiting for LTA's green light to begin registration. If any of you wanna take a look, just drop by HL Cycle. It will be there. :thumb:

......because none of them has a supercharger perhaps.....?

put this way. i know italians are special, but it is impossible to describe in words why it is special, and therefore impossible to properly explain to anyone why you'd pay 50k for a limited-spec italian instead of a generic 30k japanese when on paper nothing explains the 20k difference. i'd still want the italian though obviously.

Why spend 50k on a kawa H2? coz its the only bike with a supercharger and thats how much it costs to develop and build a modern supercharged bike, and now i can probably out-accelerate anything road-legal anywhere, not to mention induce a hard-on with every full throttle. worth 50k?

hell i'd have no counter to that man.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

Bingo! You made a better explanation than me. Many told me why would I wanna pay $50k++ for a Japanese brand. They're definitely missing the point. Sometimes you gotta look at the overall specs, not just the brand. :thumb:

To the owners of the 6 H2s, congrats dudes. You guys will be the focus of all the bikers here when you are on the road. Even the naysayers will give a quick glance. Just enjoy your ride and be safe.

Thanks Manbai! What worries me most is where to park the bike whenever I head out!

Idling wise sounds normal. Its when you rev above 4000 rpm onwards. That's when you can hear the bird chirping sound from the supercharger. When you engine brake, it will churn out the chirping sound too. That sound is what money can't buy on other bikes.. legally.. for now I would say.

Click on the link video to hear what Im talking about! The bird chirping!

when i first read about the chirping sound, i couldn't believe it: the chirping is the supercharger's impeller spinning at 100,000rpm and breaking the speed of sound. crazy engineering.

I can't wait to rev my bike next to an Ah Beng in his souped up WRX/Civic/Evo & see his facial expression.

Not many a cager can chase down a H2 with the right rider :). Not even with as much money put into the car to buy the H2 :p

The H2 will be insane. Period.

As far as the rest of the continentals, I believe its special but not that special.
