  1. 1. What kind of riding style you adapt to when riding on the road?

    • i ride within speed limit, i leave speeding on tracks
    • occasional speeding but never exceed the limit by 40km/h.
    • i ride like i'm racing, day in day out
    • i'm the ah pek that rides 60km/h on highway.

nope, for speed.

but when i first saw your post heading, i was thinking i ride in a "leave lots of space to the bumper in front, don't trust other motorists, and don't accelerate/brake too much (economy)" kind of style.

speed is totally secondary to that, for me.

did you realised when on the highway, although you're travelling at maybe 90km/h, you won't realise it's actually quite fast because the vehicles around you are either faster or the same. nowadays so many spot checks and low blows of those cameras set in so many hidden places, quite sian... plus the sppeding fine isl ike quite high... maybe it's good to ride like an ah pek.... i go to school only.. short distance of 1 km, got 2 cameras sighted... mobile one... hai... heng i ride slowly.

-Speeding recklessly, cause always wake up late for work/school

-Riding budget style to save petrol

-Riding slow, always on look out for chix n tp's

1/ My riding style is to weave my way to the front when the traffic light is red.

2/ When the traffic light go green, then roost everyone until I am iin the clear section of road where there are no other vehicles, then slow to the speed limit of the road +/- 10 kph. the thinking is no vehicles, no traffic to knock you off.

3/ Reach the next red traffic light then repeat the procedure.

If I reach slower moving traffic, then i just follow until the next red light then go to step 1 above.
