let me brak down the chee siong fun price for u

 

according to NUS canteen price

2 pieces of luncheon meat - 2 X $0.50

1 fired egg ------------------- 1 X $0.50

Chee Siong Fun ------------- 1 X $0.70

total -------------------------- $2.20

BUT WAIT A MIN ----------- giam chai , we haven include

so, $3.88 - $2.20 = $ 1.68

the mixed beans --------- $0.50

the sauces ---------------- $0.30

total without the pasta ---$2.50

cost of the pasta ----------$8.88 - $2.50 = $ 6.38

a rough estimate, there would probably be around 50 strands of pasta in that plate

on average

cost of each strand of pasta - $0.12
