Car accident

Is it possible to deny a car accident claim when my car and the other car got no major dents or scratches? The taxi's bumper got some minor scratches and those scratches are like from those stones on road. The driver wanted to claim my insurance so i just let it be as i dun think so there is any damage to his taxi at all. what are the possible thigns that will happen?

That one i donno ah...up to the taxi driver...but best u took photo...

i got once hit a car side mirror and slight scratch to the door...never took pic...

Next thing i know he claim from me the side door,the scratch suddenly become dented,thats nvm...suddenly he claim that because it hit so hard that his door can close properly and the impact also make his front bumper dented

 

knn him...to think that he even drive to the workshop with the door close and secure...

always take pictures on the spot where the 2 vehicles come into contact to ensure nothing extra is being claimed.
