If you are refering to get yourself a domain name and web hosting, it's SGD$40.00 per year including a free domain name (.com , .net or .org ) if hosted with us.

 

POP3 email accounts are unlimited to your web space.

cheaper way, just sign up blog http://www.blogger.com

not commercial way, not efficient, but most personal use,

u can choose domain name for USD 10 $.

or u can get their free domain names 'D'.blogspot.com for free.
