Thanks bro! 1st prac on sunday! Woot! Good luck for your 2nd prac. Anyway, just one last question. Have you took your photo? I have this Photo Taking slip and i dunno what it's for. Do i have to take photo again?

I didn't get through to the second practical sia brother! Upset man! All the 4 first timers didn't make it. Mine cause my engine keeps stalling. Damn sian leh. The damn bike keeps stalling.

 

Wah-liao, the instructor stood in front of me somemore leh and i did exactly what he instructed me to do and the bike still stalls and then he told me i cannot go to the next lesson cause of that.

 

Then i look at him one kind and all he said was, "knowing how to ride a bike doesn't mean you'll get your license straight away, and don't blame the bike you should have chosen a better one".

 

And he also mentioned that first timers must do practical one at least two times. I dunno lah, suck thumb only lorh. My repeat is on this wednesday.

dun worry, i tink i am one of the longest duration who took at cdc..

prac 1 = 8 times.

prac 2 = 3 times

prac 3 = 7 times

prac 4 = 4 times

prac 5 = 5 times

prac 6 = 2 times

prac 7 = 1 time

prac 8 = 8 times

 

TP = 5 times.

and i took 15 mths to complete the whole course.. due to i was working and i am quite lousy

so no worries, juz constantly book the practicals if u have $ and time.. u sure get it much faster than me

i still don't know why cdc can merge lessons to 1 lessons leh.. so good to save $ leh.. you guys know bbdc have 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 2.01, 2.02.. so at take alot times also... even u smart take 1 time each lesson but already prac 1 take 3 times liao! I ain't beri smart therefore I already attend 20lessons currently at 8.01

Being the blur me, i couldn't remember which gear i was in and in the end i pretended to be at gear 5 when in reality i was at gear 3 and i managed to stop just swee in behind him. And he never realised. Haha! He said i was good example, then asked everyone to ask me.

 

Then i told them what i did and in the end all of them could break in time. Funny sia that part. All act like pro after that. Then when instructor said we didn't get through, all face like want to kill the instructor like that. Haha!

Save money meh? My cousins all scolded me for joining CDC sia cause they said the other centres easier to pass and save more. But what to do, CDC near my house and my camp. And bro, you'll get your license soon! Prac 8 already leh.

u can drive ANYWHERE in singapore with all the jams and heavy vehicles around u

oh .. never be disheartened la.. can always try again. and everytime u try your even better at it. learn from mistakes and improve =] not to worry dude.. the instructors there tho abit guai lan but their still okay one. hahas.. my next prac is also tmr, wed... 1st session .. haha. hope to see ya there... =]

true.. of course not to be complacent, u also need to be very careful otr.. but tat kind of experience u get in driving centres, is really alot of help on the road. Maybe still tooo early to say, but i try checking blind spots when changing lanes/ negotiating bends.

the e-brake at cdc had made me learnt alot outside too! never follow cars too near or i need to do my most hated e-brake again!!!

 

E-Brake. Can't wait for that. Haha! Right now i hate braking too hard. Or bike will fall. A few occasion it nearly fell but i managed to hold on to it. Haha!
