when i on the bike, both front signal lights up. but when i signal left, front left light goes off and rear left start blink fast. when i signal right, front signal goes off and rear right blink fast...

I know when when rear blink fast means front blow liao or vise versa...

but i check both front bulb, filament still intact, not blown....

Could it be the signal relay??

mayb somethings wrong with the wiring... I suggest you go do grounding for your bike (if you haben do it) and at the same time ask the mechanic to check for you... cos to me it seems like your bike voltage or current pathway had gone haywire alr.. it is common especially to those who mod their bike and didnt put a voltage stabiliser.

but anyway, that's just my guess... who knows it's just your internal wires got loose or something... =)

Thanx for all the advise guys.... bought a relay, replace the relay and still the same...

End up check every single wire, end up not wire or relay problem....

Both front bulb wont blink cos ...... the 2 contacts between the bulb and bulb holder not align properly, meaning the contact for the 18W filament was not touching the bulb holder eventhough the 5W contact was align...

I removed the black screw behind the singal light cover, pulled out the "arm" of the singal light slightly, unscrew another small screw inside of signal light arm. Readjust the 2 "nipple" contacts.. now everything is as per normal...

sorry, i never liked going to bike shop for electrical problems.. Most mechanics know nuts, hence they are called mechanics and not vehicle electrician... kekekekk

Thanks for the information. It'll be a great reference for people with the same problem in future.
