My bike feels bumpy no matter at what speeds, even if the roads are very smooth. I don't remember this kind of situation when i first started riding. What could be wrong?

Balancing?

Suspension?

Tire pressure?

if your ride feels like pogo stick, the dampers in your suspension are not doing their job. Typically bike suspension uses oil for damping, so you may like to check that first.

Thanks for the help so far. I suspect that my steering cone is loose because the shaking is worse when i'm braking. Can i just tighten the screw myself or are there any complications?
