SE 770i sucks phone

got a SE K770i last two weeks ago,

 

day one - Camera not working, went back to Starhub and change a new set

 

day 15 - Screen went black out when goes to Screen Saver Mode.

 

today - went to SE Svc Ctr, told me no parts to repair it yet, have to wait until dun know when... sucks supprt, lousy phone

this is getting better,

 

sent my phone to SE Svc Ctr at Toh Guan, the girl informe me it will takes 3 working days to repair it. so i told the Collection Form (which stated 12th Nov 2007) and went home,.

 

today, i took time off and went to collect my phone, at the Svc Ctr the q was super long, so i took a q number and wait for my turn. at first the guy took my Collection Form and asked me to wait while he go to the store and collect it. (ps,. he also took those who came in after me so that he could collect all phones at one go)

 

i waited for about 1 hour and he told me that its not ready as they will change a new set for me... i said WTF... i waited for an hour and now than you informed me? and also i have given them my contact number and they dun even bother to call me and inform me???

 

this kind of **** service thaty Sony provide?

 

now let me tell Sony.. STOP PRODUCING JUNKS AND SELL IT TO THE MARKET! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

this time really pissed me off

 

went down just now during lunch Time and they told me they changed the screen, and when i did the testing,... the screen was blur and Menu screen sucks...

 

they told me to send in again for repair,.. i told them to kiss my ass... i demand for a new set.

 

after he consult his Manager, told me to collect on Monday for a new set.. bear in mind,.. the form written "Request for a new set" so ****..not even comfirmed!!!

 

told him not to waste any more of my time, on Monday i must see the working set if not...

 

anyway i will post this on ST Forum.. let the public do justice for me...
