I'm planning to have gathering for all CBF rider's on 12 Feb @ 10pm.

Guys,

 

can i ask for advice frm u all on the topic of helmet?

 

I have a Nolan E101 flip-up full-face helmet.

Its probably abt 5 years old already, and the inside part has started disintegrating.

 

So whenever i use the helmet, bits and pieces of the inside part

fall off onto my head...

 

can the inside portion of the helmet be replaced/repaired or anyting?

the best thing, just bring it down to the shop at bendemeer to have a look, he once recon my full face, but back then was abt $50 becos alot of materials involved.

5 years old, the shell of the helmet may not be as good as day 1

integrity of the helmet is questionable

 

try not to use it anymore

 

u dun know if the previous owner have drop it on the floor how many times already...

For those confirmed coming, pls be punctual if not we will get stuck in a jam.

Din, that's the best place to meet, take the BKE and exit at mandai rd. kept left and turn left. Its the new camp. other places will be out of the way and to meet on the expressway is not a good idea.

the best way just put in the recovery disc and reboot your comp....:cheers:

i bought it brand new when i started going for touring abt 5 years ago.

But seldom used since then. I suppose it ought to be in good condition.

 

Anyhow, i will consider replacing it, if it is not worth repairing.

 

btw, any comfortable helmet to recommend?

hi, recently my FC increases from 44km/l to 35km/l. can someone share with me what's wrong with it? isit time to service carburator and air filter? or clutch plate got problems? i dunno abt these. pls help me to clear my doubts.

you can change your air filter and clean your carburetor. see if it helps.
