any R6'06 bros can recommend me a tyres good for road use?

my current dunlop sux on wet weather

pilot power is good enough for road use, better than BT014 or Sportec M1.

it has very good grip on wet roads, even when going over the white road markings when wet.....

tried and tested liao.......

some say that pilot power doesnt last long..thats the thing which keeps me from changin to that..

there is no tyre that has EXCELLENT grip + EXCELLENT wear.

u need to sacrifice one for the other.

But at full throttle top speed 90% of the way, it drops to just under the distance from kulai back to GP Esso. More precisely, you'll run out just around the last bend opposite the petrol station. I still rem some ****er backfire me while I was doing my great malaysian workout pushing my bike

U dun find M1 good? oh dear, what have i been missing out? i'm using M1 now and i thought it's the stickiest tyre i've ever had already.

on 2nd thoughts, i haven't used a great deal of tyre anyway, just had bridgestone BT020 and stock honda tyres before.

so as to say, Pilot and M3 is even stickier than M1? wear and tear even much faster i guess. :giddy: :giddy:

i see i see, my rear M1 tyre is gonna wear out soon and i'm considering whether to change another set of M1 or change to a harder wear tyre.

i dun corner much usually, but R6 seems to be the kind of bike u have to bend down low to corner well, i have to go down lower to the same bend as compared to my commuter bike. so i scared changing to harder weating tyres like BT015 might not be sticker enough.

I agree with pauche... the BT 20 sucks big time!

My experience with M3 is good. I've actually went for the tyre launch. We did 2 days of testing on B road to Mersing & track riding at PG. Some of the top riders in S'pore test it. Comment is good for street & even track use too. I'm sure you can't be wrong if they says it's good.

personally i feel that one has no right to judge the performance of tires till you actually take out money, put on a set,and ride it just as hard as you would yr fav tire, then only you have the right to comment what you like or not about the tire.if you like it then you'll ride harder and grow in confidence...if not just say it's sh*t.hate to see ppl say this good that no good when they havent even use the tires before.

no offence bro but pls dun judge tires like M3 or any other brands on the fact that its predecessor M1 was not so good.personally i did 1.45 on m3 in pg.but i crash testing the m1.so i hate the M1 but feel the M3 are solid.i also like michelin and pirelli tires.the only BRIDGE STONE tires i've tried is BT39 for my cub...hee...:cheeky:
