relax 1st la bro.. the stock susp is very gd already...

 

i am still using stock susp & default settings for my bike.

 

maybe u would to buy a race fairing 1st since u have the intention for going track..

 

prioritise ur wish list:

2)brakes

graves site never mentioned anything about the titanium rods. if you can confirm, pls put my name in.

 

also looking for titanium bolts and nuts for brakediscs front, rear and sprocket. anyone selling as a kit?

 

for those who do not know about AIS...its a complete waste. its just there for yamaha to clear emission standards. it also causes deceleration popping. removing it is easy. getting a YEC or graves kit makes it cleaner and nicer.

I'm afraid Graves had stopped producing the Titanium Rods nor the Air Box plugs.

 

I had personally dropped an email to Graves on this. However, they mentioned that they *USED* to distribute the block off plates together with the plugs before.

 

Not sure of the reason for the seizure. Anyways, below is an example of how the block off plates are packaged.

Bro, I've sent an email to APE regarding the support for R1 06. The response was negative as they had confirmed it worked on R1 05 & not tested on R1 06 yet. However, at this point I've sent another email to 1 of their dealer & am awaiting response. If the response is gonna be negative too, I guess I might just go ahead & give it a trial & error.

babe, just check part no for ur stock tensioner with r1 04/05 and 06. if they are the same, then no probs.

 

Bro... there seems to be slight differences. Take a look at the different part nos between 04 & 06 below. Also observe the gasket part nos as well.

However, some informations I gathered was that, Yamaha part # supercede in that way. When new parts gets updated, the new part # will change the 9th digit of part # from 0 to 1.

I believe there shldn't be any hiccups, but I'll need to confirm lah babe... scarly cannot fit... waste money!

 

Yamaha R1 2004:

TENSIONER ASSY, CAM CHAIN - 5VY-12210-00-00

O-RING - 93210-26741-00

I have saw something similiar to the Titanium Rods is for Yamaha R1 (1998-03)i'm not sure if they can fit on our R6 bikes i'm check with the graves dealer will get back to you guys soon.
